What is an andon display?
An andon display shows the status of every machine or station in colour, green for running, yellow for attention and red for stopped, so problems are visible across the bay. MachineWise adds shift targets, hour-by-hour actuals and alert takeovers for critical events.
What hardware do shop-floor TV dashboards need?
Any smart TV or HDMI stick. TV mode logs in, loops and recovers by itself, so no PC and no person is needed to keep the screen alive.
